Passport is an extension of Sandberg's internal project management system, Flexus, and can be found here: https://passport.stptrans.com/. It links to Flexus via an API. Passport is a standalone web application that can be used in any web browser and is accessible only to Sandberg's vendors. Due to the connection between our systems, once in our vendor pool you will find that you receive task notifications from both passport@stptrans.com and flexus@stptrans.com.

Signing in to Passport requires you to authenticate against Sandberg's Entra ID tenant. For a full explanation and instructions, see Entra ID for Passport.

Main functions in Passport:

• Claim tasks: view, accept or reject tasks offered to you by Sandberg PMs
• Current tasks: keep track of your Sandberg tasks and their deadlines in real time, deliver tasks and fill in QC checklists
• Invoiceable tasks: view invoiceable tasks and send us your monthly invoice securely via Passport
• Invoices: view and download your past invoices that you've sent to Sandberg
• Profile: view your profile, and keep your expertise updated so we can better match tasks to your skills
• Availability: tell us when you are available or on holiday
