Generating and exporting QA results
If you are asked to export QA results and include them in your delivery, you can do that in the Files tab. Translators can get here by clicking the context menu next to the project and selecting Open File Manager.
Note: Translators must do this before they finish the task in the XTM editor. If they have already finished the task, the PM needs to generate the report.
Under the Preview column, click the cogwheel icon for the file you want to export the results for (usually Finished files if there are multiple files in the project) and select PDF > Extended table…
In the dialog that opens, you can choose from a number of default report types, or you can start from an empty report to build your own. For a summary of QA errors in the file, the default number 3 is usually sufficient, but if you're unsure what you should include in the report, please check with your PM or your client.
When the report is ready, you will see a download icon appear next to the cogwheel icon. Click it to download the PDF.
