Comments can be added to an active segment either by right-clicking it and selecting Add comment, or in the right-hand corner window, under the Comments tab by clicking the speech bubble icon.

You can only edit and delete comments that you yourself have created. To edit or delete comments, go to the Comments tab, right-click the comment, and select the appropriate option.
