Opening a project
Web version
Log in to the portal, go to Projects, and click the name of the project you want to work on.
Now, you can open the individual files within that project either one by one, or all in one go. To open all of the files at the same time in one combined view, select them all by ticking the box at the top, and then click the name of any of the files in the list. When you open the files, their status changes automatically to Accepted.
Desktop version
Open Phrase, go to File > Open, and navigate to the .mxliff file(s) that your PM has sent you.
